This notice covers the public beta waitlist, not the separate personal financial app.

Information collected

When you sign up, we collect the email address you submit, the signup timestamp, and your consent to beta emails. The server also stores a hashed removal token; it does not store the original token. We do not ask for bank information, financial data, or passwords.

Purpose

The waitlist is for invitations and updates about BillPilot AI. We don't sell waitlist information or use it for advertising targeting. There is no active email-sending service yet.

Storage and security

Signups are stored in a private Vercel Blob store accessible through authenticated server processes. No website visitor can list signups. Hosting providers may process operational logs and service metadata. No system is entirely risk-free.

Removal

After joining, save the one-time removal link shown in your browser. You can use that link to delete your waitlist record. If it is lost, self-service recovery is not yet supported; please do not sign up until a support contact is published if this is a concern.

Retention

Entries are retained until removed, or until the beta waitlist is shut down. A fixed automatic deletion period is not yet implemented.

Scope

The service is intended for adults in the United States. Joining does not create a BillPilot account or subscribe you to a paid product.
